Pearl Emporium on sale exclusively to jewel dealers at home will be held on December second week with showcasing over 20,000 pearls. Only invited jewelers are allowed to attend the said emporium and the sale is in Myanmar currency Kyat. Its emporium will be held at Myanmar Gems Show Hall. For three days and lots of pearl are started to make. Four hundred thousand pearls were yielded annually produced by Myanmar Pearl Production, but carrying out to yield the quality pearl than the quantity.

Organic farmers who grow in systematic organic will be issued organic certificate and give a hand in exporting. Organic farmers enthusiastically change to grow the farm in organic system may do so by registering at Organic Committee. But Organic Certification recognizing it was the organic product would have been issued only after taking 2 or 3 years for checking.

As for the private businessmen, they may apply if willing to plant the rubber plants, perennial at the government designated farm land which is more than 300 acres. However, if the businessmen or Cultivation Companies were strong enough in finance, may apply the farm land acres up to 50,000. The transferred farm lands were not allow to sell but have to cultivate self, but will return it to Settlement & Land Record Department if not cultivate.
