Myanmar entrepreneurs are invited to attend the 26th Trade Fair held in Indonesia. The exhibition will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia from 19 October to 23.Products can be displayed in the fair are foods and beverages, Rubber and its products, Electric and Electronic products, spare parts for Autos, Textile and clothes, Jewelleries, medicines, leathers and its products, Handicrafts, agricultural products, house wares, furniture and chemical products.

Advanced geology trainings will be opened at Global 9 Education Centre on Shan Kone Street, Sanchaung Township for the persons who want to do the business on the solid earth, its rocks and minerals. Trainings on advanced geology will be opened commencing from 12 June, duration are one and a half or two months and training fees cost 1,20,000 Kyat in maximum while 50,000 Kyat in minimum, it was learnt.

Vietnam is stepping up its investment in Myanmar, with a number of project agreement signed during a business matching session in the second week of June. The meet was held at the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) at Min Ye Kyaw Swar Road in Yangon's Lanmadaw township and included about 80 participants from Vietnam. The meet attracted 82 delegates from the Association of Vietnamese Business Investors in Myanmar (AVIM), representing 33 companies involved in telecommunications, education services, oil and gas, manufacturing, rubber, electronics, construction materials, foodstuffs, automobiles, agro-based products, mining and tourism.

Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC) and the Board of Trade of Thailand (BOT) have arranged 30 Thai entrepreneurs' visit to Myanmar on 28 and 29 June. They will hold meetings with Myanmar counterparts in various business sector at the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry Headquarters here on 29 June. Interested Myanmar entrepreneurs are to contact International Relations Department of RUMFCCI not later than 24 June either in person or via Phone 214344-49.
