A Hyper Mall at Thiri Condominium in Mayangone to be opened soon
At “Thiri Condominium” being constructed on Pyay Road in Mayan Gon Township a Hyper Mall will be opened during the late rainy season, it was learnt. At the ground floor, first floor and the second floor there are shops and car parking and the renting of shops has commenced, it was learnt.

Passports should be drawn promptly as soon as it delivery date is due
The Myanmar Passport Issuing Group is functioning to issue the passports during one week after the application date, and the applicants of passports should come and draw their passports on the due date promptly. Issuing of the passports during one week after the applied date has begun on 5 January of this year.

Pre School Teachers Course opening on 23 March by Education Research Department
The Department of Education Research will open the Course for the Teachers of Pre School on 21st March, it was learnt. The course will lasts for 23 days and the classes will begin at 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Saturday At the course the nature of the Pre School teachings, mental and physical development of the children, systematic establishing of the Pre Schools, and the activities to be done for the development of the mentality of the children will be taught.

The Rural Region and Rural Women Development Programmes being carried out by the assistance of Japanese Government, and Thailand based UNESCO branch office is making great success at three villages in Myanmar, it was learnt. The Programmes are the borrowing of the small loans for the rural women, training for professional skills, social assistance and implementing for the development of the rural areas.

Road paving works linking Myawady & Mae Sot to finish in the coming rainy season
The roads paving works which will facilitate the border trade between Myawady town, Karen State in Myanmar and Mae Sot town in Tak District in Thailand will be completed in the coming rainy season, it was learnt. Myanmar is also paving a three- country Highway road between India and Thailand from the Indian border Tamu – Morae by basing the traffic lane of Pathien-Mon Ywa which is along the west side of Ayeyawady River.

Panpyolatt Arts Gallery opens
The third Panpyolatt Arts Gallery of teachers of the Arts Department under the University of Culture (Yangon) was opened at the National Museum on Pyay Road Yangon on 14 January morning. Altogether 117 paintings including water colour paintings and oil paintings were put on display. The Show continues until 21 January.
